What happens if I do nothing?
You must re-enroll in a flexible spending account (health care or dependent care) each year in order to participate or wait until the next Open Enrollment period. Your other benefits will remain the same unless you make changes.
What changes should I expect in 2019?
CIGNA Global Medical Plan - 6% rate increase
CIGNA Long Term Disability - 5% rate increase
Dental Plan (Delta Dental) - 3.5% rate increase
Flexible Spending Accounts: Health Care FSA - The carryover rule for Health Care FSAs will change. There is a $100 minimum annual enrollment contribution required to enroll in a Health Care FSA. You may carry over from $100 up to a $500 maximum of unused contributions of your Health Care FSA.
There are no changes in 2019 to the following benefit plans:
Vision Plan (EyeMed)
Legal Services (Hyatt Legal Plan)
