Welcome to AccessTufts, a new administrative portal designed to help you get work done by putting everyday transactions at your fingertips.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could access services and resources from HR, Finance, IT, Operations and more without having to search multiple websites? How about step-by-step instructions for processes that span many administrative areas at Tufts? 

AccessTufts, Phase I, is beginning to bring these things to life! We’re working to make it easier for the Tufts community to get work done, find and use various forms of data, explore departments, read the latest Tufts news and locate upcoming events all in one place. Come tour the site with us!

Beginning with a highlighted feature story and links to popular services, the home page invites you to learn about key initiatives and find information relevant to staff and administrators on campus. AccessTufts also creates a direct connection to resources from, creating a robust source of centralized information for employees.

Get Work Done

This is the heart of AccessTufts, providing direct access to employee information and benefits, as well as transactions and forms for common Finance, IT, HR, and Operations tasks. This includes everything from time off and leave of absence request forms to event planning and business travel checklists!


Analyzing and using relevant data is increasingly important in higher education. The data section of AccessTufts brings together data sources you can use in your work as well as key facts about the University. We want to make it easy to find and access this data as a first step toward unified data access and strategy in support of decision-making at Tufts.


This directory of administrative offices and campus resources provides direct links to departmental websites outside of AccessTufts.

AccessTufts will evolve over time to include additional transactions and employee-focused content. To do that work successfully, the AccessTufts project team needs your input.
