Professional Development Plan
A Professional Development Plan (PDP) is a tool to foster continued growth and development of employees. It provides a structured approach to identifying professional strengths and opportunities, as well as actionable steps to strengthen critical skills and competencies. A PDP can be used to foster continued learning and development within one's current role, as well as preparing for career growth.
Talent Management also offers an optional Development Planning & Career Navigation Training for supervisors and staff wanting to learn more about Professional Development Planning.

Tuition Reimbursement
Once you have completed one year of full-time employment, you may be eligible to receive full or partial reimbursement for courses or programs at accredited institutions related to your current position.
