The TTS Walk-Up Desk is available for in-person tech support on the Medford, Boston, and Grafton campuses during regular business hours.

Boston Campus:
5th Floor Sackler Bldg, 145 Harrison Avenue, Boston 
Monday – Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM

Grafton Campus:
Frank Lowe Library, 3 Library Circle, Grafton
Monday – Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM

Medford Campus:
Eaton Hall, 5 The Green, Medford
Monday - Thursday: 9 AM to 11 PM
Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Sunday: 12 noon to 11 PM
