Did You Know Tufts has Enhanced the Password Reset Service?

Effective January 16, 2024, Tufts enhanced the password reset service to enable changing your own password using TuftsTools even if you don't know your current password.
Before this enhancement, if you didn't know your password, you would need to call the Service Desk to change your password. With this new enhancement, all Tufts Faculty, Staff, and Students can use TuftsTools to:
- Reset their own passwords when they do not know their current password, or
- Change their current password
