Event Parking
All visitors to Tufts University who wish to park on campus must have a valid parking permit. General visitors to Tufts University should refer to our visitor parking guidelines. Visitors to Tufts University attending a specific event should reach out to their event coordinator for more information regarding any special parking arrangements for event attendees.
Department Sponsored Guest and Visitor Parking
Departments may request an event link/QR code granting parking access for attendees of special events. Departments may request parking assistance through their event coordinator in Conference and Event Services or Event Management and Support (the former Facilities Event Services). Departments may also reach out directly to the Tufts Transportation and Parking Services team to receive an event parking link and QR code. Whether provided by Event Services or Parking Services, event coordinators may share the provided link and/or QR code with event attendees to allow them to purchase their parking permits. Typical requests should be made at least one week in advance. Larger event requests (300+ attendees) must be made at least one month in advance. Parking fees for department sponsored guests may be paid by the guest or charged to the sponsoring department.
Please manage access to the provided link/QR code to avoid unauthorized use. If you feel the link/code may have been shared with unauthorized individuals please inform Transportation and Parking Services. Parking sessions utilizing the link/QR code will be billed to the associated department.
