- Fee-based services are available for more complex tasks that fall outside of the department’s normal scope of work

To enhance the way we manage, track, and complete Facilities work across our campus, we are introducing a new priority tiering system within our work order platform. This updated structure is designed to:
- Improve response times by clearly identifying the urgency of each request
- Increase transparency around how work orders are categorized and scheduled
- Strengthen communication between requestors, Facilities staff, and stakeholders
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources based on safety, operational impact, and customer needs
