Fringe Benefits Rates
The following is a listing of Fringe Benefit Rates for Fiscal Year 2023, which runs from July 2022 through June 2023. Fringe Benefit rates are used in planning for departmental and research purposes. Rates are valid for the fiscal year and are updated in July.
- Unrestricted Rate 31.25%
- Restricted Full Time 26.1%
- Post-Doc Rate 19.1%
- Mandated Rate 8.4%
- Faculty Summer Supplement 18.7%
Please use the following provisional fringe rates when budgeting for grants after FY23:
- Restricted Rate 26.0%
- Post Doc rate 20.2%
- Mandated rate 8.4%
- Faculty summer supplement rate 19.7%
