The Tufts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free, confidential counseling for you, your dependents and household members. You can reach the EAP 24-hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-800-451-1834, or log in to the EAP website (User name: tufts; password: employee).
EAP counselors are licensed professionals experienced at helping with a wide range of personal and work-related issues. The EAP also provides free legal and financial advice and an enhanced benefit to find childcare or adult care resources.

You get a free 30-minute office or telephone consultation per legal matter and a 25% discount for any additional services provided with a contracted lawyer. You are entitled to a free 30-minute telephone consultation per financial matter with a Certified Financial Planner. When you call the EAP at 1-800-451-1834, you will be connected to a financial planner who can help you.
Dependent Care Resources
Through the EAP, you can also speak with a live consultant who can provide you a list of fully-licensed facilities for dependent care (child or adult). Just call the EAP at 1-800-451-1834.
