Health Plans 2019

Tufts University offers three options through Tufts Health Plan: Quality Tiered Plan, Traditional Plan and the Value Plan.

All three plans are Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans which do not require you to select a primary care physician or obtain referrals. All plans offer in-network and out-of-network coverage.

If your home address in eServe is outside of the Tufts Health Plan primary service area of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New Hampshire, you are eligible to enroll in either the Traditional Plan or the Value Plan (not the Quality Tiered Plan). Please contact Tufts Health Plan for guidance in selecting a plan.
