ID Replacement

The ID card office will be open during returning student move-in.

Appointments will not be needed during the extended hours on Sunday and Monday.

9/1 - Sunday 8am - 4pm.
9/2 - Monday 8am - 4pm.

The ID card office is located at 574 Boston Ave, suite 101. If you need a replacement ID card please bring a Government Issued form of identification with you; e.g. Drivers License or Passport.

If you would like to pick up a replacement ID card Mon-Fri during normal business hours, please follow the normal ID card replacement process and select a day/time for your appointment.

If you have lost your Tufts ID, you must purchase a replacement for $30. Damaged or defective IDs will be replaced at no charge at any Administrative Services Office.

Replace a damaged or defective Tufts ID at no charge as long as the damaged or defective card is returned.
Replace your Tufts ID at no charge if you have updated your preferred name, had a name change, or a title change.

Replacement Tufts ID cards will operate normally with all dining meal plans, JumboCash, and card access intact. You can deactivate a lost or stolen Tufts ID at http://www.jumbocash.net/.
