ID Replacement

If you have lost your Tufts ID, you must purchase a replacement for $30. Damaged or defective IDs will be replaced at no charge at any Administrative Services Office.

• Purchase a replacement for a lost Tufts ID online ($30).
• Replace a damaged or defective Tufts ID at no charge as long as the damaged or defective card is returned. 
• Replace your Tufts ID at no charge if you have updated your preferred name, had a name change, or a title change.

Replacement Tufts ID cards will operate normally with all dining meal plans, JumboCash, and card access intact. You can deactivate a lost or stolen Tufts ID at http://www.jumbocash.net/.
