International Employee Benefits
The following benefits are available to eligible International employees who are expatriates or locally hired non-US nationals and work abroad for a period of at least 180 days (6 months) in a consecutive 12-month period.
Annually Selected Benefits
You can only enroll or change these benefits within 30 days of your new hire (or newly benefits eligible) date, within 31 days of a Qualified Life Event, or during annual Open Enrollment. Your selections can be viewed and managed in eServe.

- Vision Plan
- Flexible Spending Accounts require a Social Security Number (SSN) OR individual taxpayer identification (ITIN) and payment of FICA taxes to enroll
- Unum Life Insurance Plans
- International employees may be eligible, for Basic Life, Supplemental Life, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment based on their location and citizenship status, subject to approval by Unum.
- International employees are not eligible for Dependent Life insurance coverage on dependents living outside the US or for domestic-based Long Term Disability insurance through Unum.
- Legal Services (changes allowed only as a new hire or during annual Open Enrollment).

You can enroll or change these benefits at any time. These benefits are available to eligible employees with a Social Security number (SSN) or an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN):
