Introducing Tufts TechConnect: Your One-Stop Self-Service Technology Portal

Tufts Technology Services (TTS) is excited to introduce Tufts TechConnect, a new self-service portal designed to connect the university community with technology resources and assistance in one convenient location. 

Tufts TechConnect supplements existing support options, providing a seamless online experience while still giving you the option to contact the TTS Service Desk directly by phone (617-627-3376) or email (it@tufts.edu). You can also visit a Walk-Up Help Desk for in-person support.

  • IT Resources and Guides: Access IT online guides, Ed Tech resources, and the Tufts Learning Center for professional development.

  • Knowledge Resources: Find quick links to Tufts Technology and EdTech online user guides as well as the Tufts Learning Center for self-paced and instructor-led workshop.

  • Robust Search Functionality: Quickly find what you're looking for with an easy-to-use search tool.

  • IT Alerts Page: Stay informed with system status updates, announcements, and critical information.

  • Request Catalog: Submit requests for services such as computer purchases or sponsored (affiliate) accounts, etc.
