Marketplace Upgrade: Work Order Field for Facilities

We are now enabling our colleagues in Facilities to enter the work order number associated with the purchase.

Upgrade Time

The upgrade is schedule for 8/20/2025 between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM EST. During this upgrade period, please do not sign into the Tufts Marketplace. Check IT Notices for up-to-date information.

What to Expect: Work Order Field

Non-Facilities Users

The Work Order Field is preset to seven "0". Do not attempt to modify this field in any way or you will receive an error. If you do, you must re-enter seven "0".

Facilities Users

Facilities Users will be invited to trainings mid-September to learn about Marketplace and how to use the Work Order field.
