NEW Conflict of Interest Form Launching in July 2023
In July, Tufts will launch a new Conflict of Interest (COI) form with a streamlined one format allowing for a simplified annual updating process. Ensure you know your Tufts username and password which is required to access the new form.
Simplified Annual Updates
The new form is streamlined and will carryover an employee’s information year-to-year. This year, employees will complete the form with their information and next year when they access the form the prior year's information will be populated automatically making updating quicker and easier. If no updates, just submit!
You will also be able to access the form throughout the year using your Tufts username and password. As a reminder, in addition to completing the annual COI disclosure update, Tufts employees are expected to disclose new outside financial interests to the University within 30 days of entering into a new relationship.
Tufts Username and Password Required
The new COI form – which is completed annually by all non-exempt employees at Tufts in accordance with the Conflict of Interest Policy – will require the use of your Tufts Username and Password to enable the carryover of information.
