New Conflict of Interest Form Launching in June

In June, Tufts will launch a new Conflict of Interest (COI) form with a streamlined one page format allowing for a simplified annual updating process. Ensure you know your Tufts username and password which is required to access the new form.
Simplified Annual Updates
The new form is streamlined and will carryover an employee’s information year-to-year. This year, employees will complete the form with their information and next year when they access the form the prior year's information will be populated automatically making updating quicker and easier. If no updates, just submit!
Tufts Username and Password Required
The new COI form – which is completed annually by all non-exempt employees at Tufts in accordance with the Conflict of Interest Policy – will require the use of your Tufts Username and Password to enable the carryover of information.
Finding Your Username and Password
If you access Tufts services on a regular basis, you are probably very familiar with your username and password. For those who may not utilize their Tufts username and password frequently and may not remember it (i.e., Clinical Faculty and Affiliates), you can use Tufts Tools to locate it. Details instructions on how to recover your username and reset your password can be found in the Tufts Tools password management online guide.
