Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter
The goal of the Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter, a subscription-based publication of the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy, is to provide the public with honest, reliable, scientifically authoritative health and nutrition information based on trusted science and to have a positive impact on their health and well-being. The Editor-in-Chief is Dr. Alice Lichtenstein, Stanley N. Gershoff Professor of Nutrition Science and Policy and Senior Scientist and Director of the Cardiovascular Nutrition Team at the HNRCA. The content represents timely, cutting-edge nutrition science based on the research and expertise of the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
