Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter
The goal of the Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter, a subscription-based publication of the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy, is to provide the public with honest, reliable, scientifically authoritative health and nutrition information based on trusted science and to have a positive impact on their health and well-being. The Editor-in-Chief is Dariush Mozaffarian, Dean of the School; and the Executive Editor is Alice Lichtenstein, the Stanley N. Gershoff Professor of Nutrition Science and Policy at the School. The content represents timely, cutting-edge nutrition science based on the research and expertise of the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
