Plan an Event on the Medford/Somerville Campus
To start planning your event, you must complete two initial steps:
Reserve a Space
Use the Reserve Tufts to book available rooms and venues.
- Include 30 to 60 minutes before and after your event for Facilities to set up and take down.
- Search for rooms that meet your needs for seating capacity and configuration, and A/V equipment
Submit a Facilities Service Request
Submit a facilities services request with information about your event.
- Event work order requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your event.
We strongly recommend that you submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Submit only one work order for all facilities event related services
