SIMULIA Abaqus FEA contains several distinct modules:

Abaqus/CAE (Complete Abaqus Environment) - a software application used for the modeling and analysis of mechanical components and assemblies (pre-processing) and for visualizing the finite element analysis result
Abaqus/Standard - a general-purpose Finite-Element analyzer
Abaqus/Explicit - a special-purpose Finite-Element analyzer
Abaqus/CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) - a software application providing advanced computational fluid dynamics capabilities
Abaqus Topology Optimization Module (ATOM) - used to perform topology and shape optimization for single parts and assemblies
Abaqus fe-safe - an Abaqus post-processor used to predict fatigue life
