Tufts provides Microsoft Exchange email and calendar for faculty and staff. All faculty and staff receive an Exchange account when their Tufts Username is created.
Tufts provides current students with email and a calendar via Microsoft Office 365. Tufts alumni, starting with the Class of 2015, can keep their @tufts.edu email address for life and forward to the email address of their choice.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second level of verification when you log into designated Tufts websites and online services. This added layer of security is provided by Duo Security. [Effective July 1, 2018, Tufts requires 2FA for all students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.]
Create private collaborative websites that can be edited and maintained online by multiple users (Similar to: Wikipedia). Wikis can be made publicly accessibly but are best used for internal collaborations.
