Tufts University is partnering with Coldwell Banker Realty (CBR) to bring you the Real Estate Advantage Program. Whether you're buying or selling, relocating across the country or across town, moving for work or for a living situation, the Real Estate Advantage Program provides you and your immediate family access to specialists who can connect you with local licensed real estate experts and service providers. This program is available to all university faculty, staff, and their immediate families nationwide.
Program Features
One Stop Shopping: Full portfolio of real estate and moving services including mortgage, title, moving quotes, shipment coordination, home warranty, and insurance.
Preferred Broker Network: Highly trained agents to support selling your home and/or buying a new one in local markets—from decision-making through closing.
Mortgage Services: Coldwell Banker Realty partners with Guaranteed Rate Affinity team to provide consultative services including down payment assistance from MassHousing, pre-approval, and loan selection.
Savings: A cash rebate of 15%, or credit equivalent, of the commission (the side your agent represents) on the home that you are buying or selling when you close with your assigned agent.*

Registration before speaking with a real estate agent is required to ensure eligibility for the rebates. The rebate amount is based on the purchase or sale price of the home.
