I left Tufts in 2024. Can I still access my W-2 in 2025?

Former employees should have access to eServe until the end of May of the subsequent year.  If needed, you can change your password at https://tuftstools.tufts.edu/ if you know your previous password. If you do not know your previous password,or need to reactivate your University account as a former employee, you will need to speak with IT/TTS at 617-627-3376.  You will also need to speak with TTS for assistance with 2FA. Separated employees who enrolled in 2FA prior to leaving Tufts, should still have access as long as the same cell phone is in use. Those with a new cell phone will need to contact TTS. Separated employees who did not enroll in 2FA prior to leaving Tufts will not be required to log in to 2FA.

I cannot log into eServe. What do I do?

If you need help accessing your eServe account, please contact Tufts Technology Services (617-627-3376 or it@tufts.edu)

Can you mail me the W-2 to me even if I have consented to electronic delivery?

Mailing should be the last resort, as it is the least secure and slowest option. We strongly encourage you to access your W-2 in eServe. If needed, you can change your password at https://tuftstools.tufts.edu/ if you know your previous password. If you do not know your previous password, you will need to speak with IT/TTS at 617-627-3376.

If you need to have it mailed, we will need to verify your identity prior to mailing it to you. You will need to speak with TSS - please call 617-627-7000.

Who do I contact if I have a question about tax forms?

Please email TSS@tufts.edu.  A case will be created and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible.  Alternatively, you may call 617-627-7000.

I'm having trouble interpreting my W-2. Who can help?
