TTS Walk-Up Help Desk Temporarily Relocating to Lincoln Filene Beginning May 18
Beginning Monday, May 18, the TTS Walk-Up Help Desk and Repair Center on the Medford campus will temporarily relocate from Tisch Library to Lincoln Filene, Suite 203 while construction work is completed at Tisch Library. The relocation is expected to remain in place through end of July.
During this time, students, faculty, and staff can continue to receive in-person technology support, device repair assistance, and general IT help at the temporary Lincoln Filene location.

Walk-Up Help Desk
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Special Summer Schedule Adjustments
- May 18 & 19: Open 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Closed Memorial Day Weekend: May 23–25
- Open on Juneteenth
- Closed July 4 & 5
