Online Google Map with sustainability landmarks and locations across all four Tufts campuses, including locations of specialty recycling stations, compost bins, bike racks, public transit, and all-gender restrooms. Updated in real-time.
Features
Use the Eco-Map to identify and locate the following items on your campus:
- Bike infrastructure, such as bike racks and Blue Bike locations
- Public Transportation, such as shuttle and MBTA stops
- Sustainable driving resources, such as carpool parking spots and Electronic Vehicle Charging stations
- Compost drop-off toters and bins
- Specialty Recycling bins, such as textiles, batteries, and electronics
- Outdoor waste stations
- Recycling and trash dumpsters
- All-gender restrooms
Use the Eco-Map to identify and locate the following sustainability landmarks:
- Fair Trade Coffee
- Solar panels
- LEED certified buildings
- Rain garden
- Permeable pavement
- Farmer’s market
Get Started
- Open the Eco-Map
- Navigate to the left-hand column
- Select the category or categories you’d like to view on the map (e.g. “Specialty Recycling” and/or “Biking”)
- Zoom in and out via the plus and minus signs on the bottom left corner of the map and click and drag the map to navigate to your campus (Medford/Somerville, Boston, Grafton, or SMFA)
- Select/unselect additional categories in the left-hand column to update viewing
