Upload Your ID Card Photo
Tufts allows students, staff, and faculty to upload their own photos for ID Cards via our ID card photo submission website.

Photos Guidelines
Expression & Eyes: Natural expression, eyes open, looking at the camera.
Lighting & Color: Proper brightness/contrast, natural skin tones, no fluorescent lighting.
Position & Background: Face camera directly, head centered, plain white/off-white background.
Clarity & Resolution: Clear facial features, high resolution, no red eye.
Format & Content: Color photo, recent (last 6 months), .jpg preferred, no costumes/hats, no other objects/people.
Warning: Photos must not have filters or be AI generated in order to comply with photo guidelines – remember, it needs to look like you!
