Visitor Parking

Medford/Somerville Campus 

Visitors to the Medford/Somerville campus may park on an hourly basis in the Dowling Garage, Lower Campus Garage, or Cousens Parking Lot. Visitors may purchase hourly parking via the AIMS Mobile Pay App or in person via payment kiosks located in each facility. 

School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA) Campus 

Visitors to the SMFA campus may park at the Museum of Fine Arts garage on an hourly or daily basis or at another public parking facility in the area. Note that these facilities are not owned or operated by Tufts University. Standard rates and policies apply. 

Grafton Campus 

Visitors to the Grafton Campus may park in designated visitor parking areas. See our Parking Maps for details. 

Boston Health Sciences Campus 

Visitors may use the Tufts Medical Center Parking Garage. This facility is not owned or managed by Tufts University. Standard rates and policies apply. 

Medford/Somerville Department Hosted Visitors 

Departments on the Medford/Somerville campus may provide limited parking for invited guests in Tufts employee-only parking facilities. Departments must reach out to Tufts Transportation and Parking Services at least one week in advance when seeking guest parking provisions. Transportation and Parking Services will provide an invited guest voucher code enabling the guest to park on campus in a designated facility. Simply provide the voucher code to invited guests to allow them to register their vehicle. 

Please manage access to the voucher code to avoid unauthorized use. If you feel the code may have been shared with unauthorized individuals, please inform Transportation and Parking Services. Parking sessions utilizing the voucher code will be billed to the associated department. 

Departmental funds cannot be used to fund parking permits for faculty, staff, students, remote or hybrid employees, or vendors and contractors.
