At Your Service: IT Walk-up Help across Tufts

Tufts Technology Services (TTS) offers walk-up IT Help on all of the Tufts campuses for all Faculty, Staff, and Students!
Do you have a computer repair need or help connecting to WiFi, Duo, the Virtual Private Network (VPN), or updating operating systems? Our walk-up help desk staff are ready to assist with these services and more.
Where to find us
Our walk-up help desks are co-located in the library buildings on each Tufts campus providing convenient central campus locations for the community.

Medford: Located in the beautiful Tisch Library Building at 35 Professors Row, our Medford Walk-up Help Desk (which was formerly in Eaton Hall), boast expanded hours and a repair center!

Grafton: Located in the Francis Loew Veterinarian Education Center at Library Circle, the Walk-up desk asks that you send an email to it@tufts.edu to make an appointment and ensure someone is available when you arrive.

Boston-HealthSci: Located in the Hirsh Library on the 5th floor of the Tufts Center for Medical Education, 145 Harrison Ave, Boston.

SMFA: While there isn’t a dedicated walk-up desk at the SMFA, onsite help is available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
